A search of the complete 1920 and 1930 US census has only
revealed one Mayoff family is all of the United States.
Discovering only one Mayoff family is disappointing and raises
a number of questions.
[*Accuracy is questioned as an entry for a George Mayoff and family immigrating from Australia appears. A closer look at the handwriting shows unreadable characters in the name, which the Indexer has attempted to interpret.]
